The team at Barrie Dental Arts, located in Barrie, ON is looking for a passionate, hard-working Certified Dental Assistant/Registered Dental Assistant on a full-time basis. The ideal CDA for our practice values playing their part for the team, to equip the Dentist through providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental equipment/instruments for patient arrival. WHAT WE ARE OFFERING: * Full-time position status * Permanent employment * State-of-the-art technologies/equipment - CEREC prime scan * Free Parking available * Transit accessible SCHEDULE: * 5 Days of the week * No evenings or weekends WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: * Completion of a Certified/Registered Dental Assisting Level I or II * HARP certification (required in Ontario) * Knowledge of infection prevention and control standards * Registered or in process of registering with the: * Ontario Dental Assistant Association * New graduates welcome * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude * Experience with dental practice management software such as ABLEDENT is considered an asset * Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families * Customer service mindset We thank all candidates for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
