We provide the non-clinical backbone for dental teams across the country, supporting clinics with HR, marketing, finance, operations, procurement, and construction project management so local teams can focus on what matters most: their patients. About the Role As Construction Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and monitoring multi-site construction projects across our expanding clinic network. Reporting to the Senior Director, Real Estate & Facilities, you will support project teams in executing builds, renovations, and clinic upgrades on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards. This is a field-based role centered in the Greater Vancouver Area, with frequent travel required to project sites across our western network. You will spend significant time on-site working directly with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving and aligned with company standards. What You'll Do Support the Construction Manager in planning, executing, and tracking projects across multiple sites Travel regularly to project sites across the network to conduct on-site visits, inspections, and progress reviews Coordinate activities between internal teams, contractors, and external partners Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports Organize and lead project follow-up meetings, including notes, minutes, and action items Monitor project deliverables and proactively identify risks or gaps Participate in risk analysis and mitigation planning Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders Support management of resources, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction management processes Receive, verify, and code project invoices Develop and maintain vendor lists Receive and present project quotes What You'll Bring Education & Qualifications College or university degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field 2+ years of multi-site construction experience, preferably in medical or dental clinic environments, or in a similar construction project coordination role Required Skills & Abilities Willingness and ability to travel extensively to project sites across the network, including overnight travel as required Valid driver's license and ability to commute regularly to project sites within the Greater Vancouver Area and beyond Outstanding communication skills; clear, open communication that keeps project teams aligned Strong interpersonal skills; ability to listen to stakeholders, address concerns, and communicate solutions effectively Excellent organizational skills; strong task planning and time management, particularly across multiple concurrent projects Attention to detail; maintains accurate records and documentation Problem-solving mindset; proactively manages challenges and unexpected issues on-site Specialized knowledge; stays current with industry practices and project requirements Initiative, thoroughness, and accountability Team-oriented mindset with strong professional relationship-building skills Why Join 123Dentist?
