At River Dental, we believe great oral health starts with a warm, family-friendly experience. Our Stratford, ON practice — led by Dr.Chaudhry with over 25 years of experience — is built on compassionate, patient-centred care. We understand that dental visits can be anxiety-inducing for some, so we take the time to explain, reassure, and make every patient feel comfortable. We also keep treatment in-house whenever possible, only referring to specialists when it's truly needed, so our patients get consistent, connected care. We're looking for a passionate, hard-working Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a full-time basis, covering a 12–18 month maternity leave with the possibility of full-time employment afterward. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to educate patients on preventative dental care and oral hygiene, and to empower them in their commitment to good oral health by developing treatment plans and home care routines tailored to each patient's needs — all in line with our compassionate, family-friendly approach to care. WHAT WE ARE OFFERING * Full-time (maternity leave) * State-of-the-art technologies/equipment, including laser dentistry * Parking available (free parking on-site) * Transit accessible * Team building activities * A collaborative team and environment to help you succeed as a Registered Dental Hygienist SCHEDULE * Monday – Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm * Temporary, beginning end of November 2026, for 12 to 18 months WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Currently registered or in the process of registering with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO) * New graduates welcome! * Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset (we are a chart office) * Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families * Customer service mindset If you're looking to bring your skills to a warm, supportive practice that puts patients first, we'd love to hear from you.
