What You’ll Get $40-$45/hour, based on experience Monday to Friday schedule Overtime available (optional) Company vehicle, tools, and uniforms Extended health & dental benefits Paid training and certification opportunities Long-term, stable employment with a growing team “No on-call / No rotation” What You’ll Be Doing Installing and servicing residential electrical systems, including service upgrades and new circuits Diagnosing electrical issues and completing safe, code-compliant repairs Wiring panels, breakers, disconnects, and electrical components for heat pumps and other equipment Removing and decommissioning outdated or unsafe electrical systems and components Completing service documentation and communicating clearly with homeowners Working safely and in accordance with provincial electrical codes and manufacturer specifications Mentoring and supporting apprentices on electrical installations and safety best practices What We’re Looking For Red Seal Electrical Technician (recognized in NS) Experience in residential Valid driver’s license Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Don’t meet every single requirement? The Electrical Journeyman will be responsible for installing and servicing residential electrical systems, including service upgrades and new circuits. They will also diagnose electrical issues and ensure safe, code-compliant repairs.

Candidates must have a Red Seal Electrical Technician certification recognized in Nova Scotia and experience in residential electrical work. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.
