We’re building more than a marketing team. We’re building a culture of high performers who challenge each other, celebrate wins together, and genuinely care about delivering measurable results for the business. If you’re a strategic marketer who enjoys solving problems, leading initiatives, and seeing your work directly contribute to company growth, we’d love to hear from you. Job Description The Marketing Manager, reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, is a hands-on campaign strategist and revenue-focused leader who can build and execute high-performing marketing programs across paid search, organic, and social media, while developing the people who help deliver them. 1Click is looking for an experienced, results-driven marketing professional who combines deep channel expertise with strong leadership instincts. This role is accountable for the strategy, execution, performance, and continuous improvement of all digital marketing initiatives while leading the day-to-day operations of the marketing team. This role will serve as the operational leader of the marketing department, helping the Director of Sales and Marketing prioritize initiatives, improve processes, remove roadblocks, and ensure the team is executing at a high level. As our Marketing Manager, you'll take end-to-end ownership of campaign strategy — from planning through execution and optimization — across paid search, organic/SEO, and social media. You'll set the direction for how we generate and convert demand, translate performance data into decisions, and build a high-performing, collaborative team. This is your chance to shape how 1Click generates revenue through marketing, lead and grow a small but mighty team, and make a direct, measurable impact on the business. Responsibilities Marketing Operations Own the day-to-day operations of the marketing department, ensuring projects are prioritized and delivered on time. Coordinate workloads across the marketing team and manage project timelines. Develop and improve marketing processes, workflows, and documentation. Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors. Support annual planning, quarterly objectives, and departmental budgeting. Campaign Strategy & Management Own the development and execution of integrated marketing campaign strategies across paid search, organic, and social media, aligned with revenue and growth targets. Set channel strategy and budget allocation, balancing paid search, organic growth initiatives, and social media investment for maximum ROI. Oversee campaign execution end-to-end — from planning and creative briefing through launch, optimization, and reporting. Partner with sales and leadership to ensure marketing pipeline and revenue targets are met. Paid Search & Performance Marketing Own the strategy, structure, execution, optimization, and ongoing performance of Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns, making data-driven recommendations to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and return on ad spend. Manage budgets and bidding strategies, monitor performance, and reallocate spend to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Stay current on platform updates, auction dynamics, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive. Organic & Social Media Direct organic growth strategy, including SEO and content initiatives that build sustainable, low-cost-per-lead traffic. Own social media strategy across organic and paid social, ensuring brand consistency and audience growth. Guide content planning and creative direction to support both organic reach and paid amplification. Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and develop a team of two marketing team members, setting clear goals and providing regular feedback. Build a collaborative, high-performing team culture that mirrors 1Click's broader performance-driven culture. Delegate campaign execution effectively while maintaining oversight of quality and performance. Identify growth opportunities for team members and support their professional development. Reporting & Revenue Growth Track and report on campaign performance, revenue attribution, and ROI across all channels. Translate marketing data into actionable insights for leadership, tying marketing activity directly to revenue outcomes. Continuously test, iterate, and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and cost efficiency. Skills And Qualifications 4+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, with demonstrated success developing and optimizing paid and organic marketing campaigns. Demonstrated success managing revenue-generating marketing programs, with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets. Leadership experience through managing, mentoring, coaching, or leading cross-functional projects is preferred. Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, including campaign creation, optimization, audience strategy, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and performance analysis. Strong proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, reporting tools, and major paid and organic social media platforms. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate performance data into strategy and business impact. Experience managing marketing budgets and being accountable for ROI/ROAS. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field if preferred. Experience in home services, energy, or a similarly consultative sales environment is an asset. Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or external marketing partners. Competencies Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute. Strong leadership presence with a coaching mindset. Revenue-focused and metrics-driven. Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales and leadership. Adaptable and resourceful in a growing, evolving organization. How To Apply Missing some of the qualifications but still feel like you can do the job?
