    • Directed daily receiving, storage, inventory control, production coordination, staging, order fulfilment and shipping for an industrial textile-recycling and wiping-products operation. • Set daily labour priorities around inbound volume, production requirements, customer orders, material shortages and bottlenecks; reassigned work as operating conditions changed. • Supported basic Odoo Inventory/Warehouse implementation, including location hierarchy, stock records, barcode and 4x6 label requirements, controlled inventory moves, reporting and user troubleshooting. • Strengthened inventory integrity and traceability through cycle counts, reconciliation, variance investigation, standardized location/category structures and corrective follow-up. • Created and revised SOPs, daily controls, KPI/production tracking and role guidance; trained employees on system use, documentation and required physical workflow steps. • Reinforced safe work practices and WHMIS awareness while remaining hands-on with unloading, forklift operation, pallet movement, wrapping, staging and loading.
