Company Description 2M Family Law is a growing family law firm based in Oshawa, serving Durham Region and clients across Ontario. We are a collaborative team that values ownership, resourcefulness, and practical problem-solving. Role Description We are seeking an experienced Family Law Clerk for a full-time, on-site position in Oshawa. Responsibilities Draft court documents, affidavits, briefs, and correspondence Prepare financial statements and financial disclosure Prepare, serve, and electronically file court materials Manage deadlines, disclosure, and day-to-day file requirements Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff Qualifications 2+ years of Ontario family law clerk experience preferred Strong knowledge of Ontario family court procedures Experience drafting court materials and preparing financial statements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Resourceful, accountable, and able to work independently and collaboratively
