Customize JobTread features to fit specific home building and remodeling workflows. Train and support team members on using JobTread for project management, budgeting, and scheduling. Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to align software functionality with project needs. Troubleshoot and resolve any software integration issues. Monitor and optimize software usage to ensure maximum efficiency and value. Create user guides and reference materials for easy software adoption. Stay updated on software developments and recommend enhancements to improve business outcomes. What You Bring To The Team Minimum of 1-2 years in the construction or building industry, ideally as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager. Experience with JobTread or similar construction management software such as BuilderTrend, is a big plus. Great understanding of computers, programs, and technology. Understanding of home building or remodeling industry workflows and processes. Quick learner with a proactive, self-directed approach. Strong ability to train and support individuals with varying tech proficiencies. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and complete tasks efficiently. Creative thinker who can tackle challenges head-on. Compensation Full-Time Position Competitive salary at $70,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience. 3 weeks paid vacation, 5 sick days, and your birthday off!
