Whether you’re helping with basic repairs, prepping units for delivery, or supporting our experienced technicians, you’ll be part of the team that makes every RV road-ready and adventure-approved. Location: 13300 Desro Drive, Tecumseh Compensation: $20-$22 per hour What You Will Be Doing: Assist shop foreman in day to day repairs Managing the entire Marine and RV lot, organization, cleanliness Desire and capability to improve customer experience Ability and skills to use various tools and perform repairs Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Supervisor May be required to do some detailing (including but not limited to - washing vehicles, fueling and changing plates, etc.) Work without constant supervision Follow all Health and Safety guidelines Other ad-hoc duties as assigned What You Bring to the Table: Carpentry, Plumbing, Electricity, Mechanic, Trim and Detail experience is all relevant! RV knowledge is considered an asset Forklift experience beneficial but not required Above Average technical skills Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract High School Diploma or equivalent Positive Teamwork Attitude So why work for us? Assist the shop foreman with daily repairs and manage the organization and cleanliness of the Marine and RV lot. Perform miscellaneous duties including vehicle detailing, fueling, and ensuring all units are road-ready.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma, a valid G Driver’s License with a clean abstract, and a positive teamwork attitude. Experience in trades such as carpentry, plumbing, or mechanics is highly relevant and an asset.
