Wholesale Parts Manager The 401 Group of Companies is seeking an experienced, driven, and customer-focused Wholesale Parts Manager to lead and grow our wholesale parts operations. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the wholesale parts department, including inventory management, sales growth, customer relationship development, and team performance. You will work closely with repair facilities, fleet customers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure the timely, accurate, and professional delivery of parts and services. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong business acumen, and has a proven ability to build lasting customer relationships while driving revenue and operational efficiency. A commitment to exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and effective leadership is essential to success in this role. Location: 353 Manitou Dr. Kitchener ON. Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 annually Key Responsibilities Manage automotive parts inventory to ensure the right stock is available while minimizing overstock and obsolete inventory across the Group. Develop and grow wholesale parts sales with repair shops, body shops, fleets, and other commercial customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers to drive repeat business and customer retention. Oversee parts ordering, sourcing, and procurement to ensure timely product availability. Negotiate pricing, discounts, and supplier agreements to maximize profitability. Lead, train, and supervise parts department staff to achieve sales and service objectives. Ensure accurate order processing, delivery, and customer service for wholesale accounts. Monitor department performance, sales targets, gross profit, and inventory turnover. Work closely with service departments, dealerships, and suppliers to meet customer and operational needs. Resolve customer concerns, warranty issues, and parts-related problems in a professional manner. Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of automotive parts experience 2–3 years of dealership Parts Management or Wholesale Parts experience Proven success growing wholesale parts sales Experience with OEM automotive parts catalogs and electronic parts systems Experience managing inventory, pricing, and profitability Multi-brand dealership experience considered an asset Why Join The 401 Group of Companies?
