Résumé du poste

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER Location: Toronto or Remote | Type: Full-Time | Reports to: Head of Marketing APPLICATION LINK: https://forms.gle/2mA754TMhs9Bd6AZ6 ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own 437's social presence end to end. You'll be responsible for what goes out, how it performs, and the systems and people that make it happen. You'll be the voice of the brand online, working day to day with our creative lead and editing team. WHAT YOU'LL DO Content and calendar Own the social content calendar end to end: planning, scheduling, publishing, and the quality of everything that goes live. Map content to launches, campaigns, and the cultural and seasonal moments our community cares about. Stay close to inventory, launch changes, and business priorities so the content calendar can pivot quickly if a product sells out, a drop shifts, or another opportunity becomes more urgent. Performance Track KPIs and deliver a regular performance recap with clear takeaways: what worked, what didn't, and what we'll try next. Use what you learn to shape what we post next. Understand the role of content at each stage of the funnel, from awareness and community building to conversion, retention, and product demand. Brand and community Apply 437's content pillars so everything we publish is consistent and unmistakably us. Manage community engagement: respond to comments and DMs, build relationships with our followers, and surface what the community is telling us. Spot trends, formats, and new platform features early and translate them into content that feels native to the platform and true to the brand. Stay ahead of platform changes and new social features, learning them as they launch and adapting the strategy as social evolves. Systems and team Develop systems and workflows that make content production, publishing, and reporting run smoothly as we scale. Brief and manage our editors, and partner day to day with our creative lead and the wider team. Help coordinate creator and community content alongside the team. Manage multiple social accounts, editors, creators, and workflows confidently through clear tools, systems, and operating rhythms. WHAT YOU BRING 3-5 years running social for a brand, ideally in fashion, wellness, or lifestyle, with results you can show. Deep fluency in Instagram and TikTok, and comfort across YouTube and emerging platforms. Strong copywriting in a distinct brand voice, and a sharp eye for aesthetics. Confidence with scheduling and analytics tools, plus light video editing (CapCut or similar). Organized and systems-minded: you build processes, not just posts. You believe social drives real business results and operate that way. You’re a team player with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality, understanding you’re joining a fast-growing business and priorities may quickly shift. A modern social POV: you do not approach social the way brands did 10 years ago, 5 years ago, or even a year ago. You are constantly testing, learning, and evolving with the platforms. Cross-functional business sense: you understand how social connects to inventory, product priorities, merchandising, ecommerce, paid media, and customer demand. Comfort managing scale: five or more social accounts, multiple content streams, and several contributors feels energizing, not overwhelming, because you know how to build the tools and systems to support it. BONUS POINTS You've worked with editors, creators, or influencer programs. You're comfortable shooting behind-the-scenes content on your phone. You've partnered with paid social or performance marketing teams. Why You’ll Love Working Here 4-day workweek year-round Education advancement fund to support your continued learning and growth Competitive benefits, with premiums covered by 437 Exclusive 437 staff discounts and product perks RRSP matching program To apply, please fill out this form https://forms.gle/2mA754TMhs9Bd6AZ6, APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED THROUGH LINKEDIN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
