The Dishwasher will play a vital role in supporting food preparation and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. *Duties* * Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using appropriate cleaning procedures. * Assist with food handling tasks as needed, including cleaning kitchen surfaces and equipment. * Support the kitchen staff by ensuring all dishware is available for food service and food preparation. * Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing areas and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Help with light food preparation or serving duties during busy periods if required. * Follow proper food handling protocols to ensure hygiene standards are met at all times. * Assist in waste disposal and recycling processes to keep the kitchen environment clean and organized. *Experience* * Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. * Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling, and basic kitchen operations is advantageous. * Experience with food service or food preparation tasks can be beneficial for supporting overall kitchen functions. * Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential qualities for success in this role.
