Work site environment Outdoors At heights Responsibilities Tasks Prepare production and other reports Supervise workers and projects Co-ordinate and schedule activities Oversee apprenticeship training Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions Train or arrange for training Operate CADD and other computer software systems Set up machines and equipment Estimate costs and materials Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Recommend personnel actions Read blueprints and drawings Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies Leading/instructing individuals

Supervise workers and projects while coordinating activities and overseeing apprenticeship training. Responsible for estimating costs, reading blueprints, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Requires a college or non-university certificate and between 1 to 2 years of experience. Must be able to work outdoors and at heights.
