A Bread Affair is the one and only certified organic artisan bakery in British Columbia, meaning our bread is 100% GMO-free. It's handcrafted in small batches by dedicated bakers, made with the finest locally sourced ingredients from the Lower Mainland and Okanagan. Our core values are Fresh, Local, Organic and you can taste that in each bite. Just to name a few, we have classic loaves: Sourdough, Country White, Sprouted Wheat, and contemporary: Cranberry Semolina, Roasted Garlic & Three Cheese, Pecan Flax. Each loaf undergoes a two-day slow fermentation process to coax out its flavours. Baked daily, we put the freshest bread on our shelves for your kitchen table, never selling day-olds. For lunch, we serve a variety of healthy sandwiches and for snack, indulge in a Pain Au Chocolat, Apple Cheddar Walnut Galette or Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookie.
