Residential Roofing & Aluminum Sales Representative AAA Roofmasters is seeking a professional, outgoing, and articulate Residential Roofing & Aluminum Sales Representative to join our growing team for the upcoming summer season. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop strong sales, leadership, and communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for generating your own leads, meeting with homeowners, and closing roofing and aluminum projects. You’ll play a key role in driving company growth while building lasting relationships with clients. What You’ll Do Generate leads through door-to-door marketing, referrals, and online sources Conduct prospecting calls to qualify leads and schedule appointments Meet with homeowners to assess needs and provide detailed, accurate estimates Inspect properties and develop scopes of work for roofing and aluminum projects Prepare pricing, estimates, and contracts Close sales (same-day closing experience is an asset) Collect payments from customers and insurance companies Build and maintain strong client relationships Track and report weekly and monthly sales activity What We’re Looking For Experience in residential roofing sales, estimating, and takeoffs (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, outgoing, and assertive personality Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated with a desire to grow and take on leadership responsibilities Comfortable with door-to-door lead generation Valid driver’s license and clean driving record What We Offer Competitive base salary + commission Yearly performance bonus Flexible schedule Benefits package Company vehicle This is more than just a sales role — it’s an opportunity for personal and professional growth with the support you need to achieve your goals.
