Job Title: Full Stack developer Location: Toronto, ON (3x onsite a week) Employment Type: Contract Pay Rate: CAD$50/HR INC Job Description 5+ years of hands-on experience in both React (with TypeScript) and Java/Spring genuinely full stack, not strong on one side and passing on the other Comfortable reading and working from technical specifications and REST/API contracts, and able to spot gaps or inconsistencies in them Able to reason about design decisions end to end, from the UI through to the service layer Communication And Collaboration Very strong written and verbal communication can explain technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Actively engages in technical discussion and debate rather than waiting to be told what to build Brings personality to the team; someone who adds to the day-to-day dynamic, not just the delivery numbers Leadership Proven ability to mentor and coach more junior developers through code review, pairing, and design guidance Comfortable setting a standard for quality that others on the team can follow Disclaimer: AI tools may assist in the recruitment process; however, all hiring decisions are made by the recruitment team based on a comprehensive evaluation of candidates.
