Cloud experience in one of OCP, AZURE, or AWS, Prefer OCP4, minimum (3x) years. Java/spring experience, minimum (5x) years. LINUX/AIX experience, minimum (3x) years. Cloud experience, minimum (3x) years. Agile experience, minimum (3x) years. Strong Leadership skills leading agile teams, (3x) years experience DEVOPS Minimum (1x) years experience Above are skillsets are mandatory minimums. The Java Software Engineer will focus on backend development while also having some involvement in web application development. The role requires strong leadership skills to lead agile teams effectively.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of Java/Spring experience and at least 3 years of experience with cloud technologies and Linux/AIX. Agile experience and strong leadership skills are also mandatory.
