.NET Tech Lead

Job Title: .Net Tech Lead Location: Toronto, ON (3x onsite a week) Employment Type: Contract Pay Rate: CAD$55/HR INC Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in backend (.NET technologies) and frontend frameworks, along with a solid understanding of modern software architecture, cloud platforms, and agile practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high performance web applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular / React / JavaScript / TypeScript Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices Collaborate with cross functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver quality solutions Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization Work with databases (SQL Server / NoSQL) for data modeling and performance tuning Implement security and data protection best practices Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Strong Experience In NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / Web API C# programming Frontend Technologies Angular / React / Vue.js HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript Database Experience SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB) is a plus Experience With Microservices architecture RESTful API development Authentication & Authorization (OAuth, JWT) Familiarity With Cloud platforms (Azure preferred / AWS) Docker, Kubernetes (optional but preferred) Version Control Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Disclaimer: AI tools may assist in the recruitment process; however, all hiring decisions are made by the recruitment team based on a comprehensive evaluation of candidates.
