The technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining telecommunications and telephone equipment. This includes installing trunking systems and performing network tests to locate and resolve transmission faults.

Candidates must have a non-university certificate or diploma from a 1-2 year program and between 1 to 2 years of experience. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
