Lead Salesforce Developer

Required Skills Salesforce Technical Lead with 10 years total IT experience. 8 years relevant experience in Salesforce. Minimum 5 years of development experience on the Salesforce platform. Minimum 3 years’ experience leading Enterprise Salesforce implementation with 300+ users and integration with enterprise applications (Oracle, SAP, etc.). At least 1 complex data migration (ETL efforts) experience. Global delivery model experience. Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., Informatica Cloud). Participation in all phases of Salesforce.com lifecycle (requirements gathering, planning, design, build, deploy, support). Strong abilities in defining systems strategy, developing requirements, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing business solutions. Roles & Responsibilities Lead and own all technical aspects of Salesforce.com implementations/customizations including data migrations, data quality, system integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development. Manage development teams using Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, and other technologies to build customized solutions. Provide technical leadership and set best practices (integration, application development, deployment, testing, iterative refinement). Identify ways to utilize Salesforce to improve business processes and productivity. Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process for new applications and updates. Handle CI/CD release management. Identify risks and issues from a technical perspective.

Lead all technical aspects of Salesforce implementations, including data migrations, system integrations, and custom development. Manage development teams and define best practices for application development, deployment, and testing.

Requires 10 years of total IT experience with at least 8 years in Salesforce and 5 years of platform development. Must have experience leading enterprise-level implementations and managing complex data migrations.
