Position Overview ABC Recycling Ltd. is seeking a General Labourer who will be responsible for processing, moving, sorting, cutting, and packaging pieces of scrap metal and vehicles for transport out of our Nanaimo, British Columbia yard. This person will also be responsible for ensuring the yard is clean and always well maintained, ensuring safety standards are met. The General Labourer is responsible for processing, sorting, and packaging scrap metal and vehicles at the yard. They must also maintain a clean and safe work environment while providing professional service to customers.

Candidates must be capable of performing physically demanding work in an outdoor environment for long periods. Previous experience with non-ferrous metals and the ability to operate heavy machinery like forklifts are considered assets.
