Pest Technician - We'll Train! (Base Salary, Commission & Bonus included)

Job description * Provide guidance for the best extermination processes for the identified infestation source and whether the process will include pesticide use, mechanical traps, blockages, and/or other pest control methods * Establish contact with potential customers to create new business opportunities * Follow safety procedures and product instructions at all times when using fumigants, pesticides and power spraying equipment, such wearing protective gear guidelines * Maintain proper inventory of tools, equipment, and materials in company vehicle * Manage schedule and route to ensure services are completed in a timely manner * Address customer needs and optimize their program on-site What we Offer * Competitive salary (salary plus bonus & commission) * Health & dental benefits, paid vacation, RRSP matching * Company vehicle * Commission on new business and bonus on service work completed * Thorough on-the-job training and consistent education opportunities * Opportunities for growth * People-first approach with a strong family culture Requirements: * A Driver's License with a clean driving record * Strong communication skills both written and verbal * Customer service experience * Valid Structural License or willingness to obtain your Pesticide License * Sales experience an asset If you are motivated and results-driven٫ enjoy being on the road, we’d like to meet you! Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean record and strong communication skills. Requires a valid Structural License or the willingness to obtain a Pesticide License.
