Location: Reports to Toronto, ON Type: Full-Time Vacancy Status: Existing Start date: Immediately Experience: Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (Med/Surg, ICU, or ER preferred); primary background as a nurse practitioner, aide, porter, OT, PT, PSW or any healthcare clinician role preferred. Education: Experience as a preceptor, charge nurse, or clinical educator is a huge plus. You must be comfortable speaking to groups and teaching peers. Must be conversationally fluent in French. Posting Notes: Travel frequency for this role is between 50%-75% within North America. As we expand, we are looking for a people-oriented Partnerships and Success Specialist who can help healthcare teams adopt and embrace this technology with confidence. About the position: Are you a healthcare clinician looking to leverage your clinical experience in a new, innovative way? Able Innovations is seeking dynamic individuals from the healthcare industry to join our Customer Success Team. As an Partnerships and Success Specialist you will be providing care for the caregivers. You will serve as the on-site expert, training hospital staff on how to use our cutting-edge technology to improve safety and efficiency. You will represent us as our boots-on-the-ground representative during critical product launches and implementation phases. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, education and human connection. This role reports to the HQ in Toronto, ON, with frequent (50%-75%) local and regional travel to healthcare facilities in Canada and the USA. You will be the face of Able Innovations in your territory, with support from our Toronto HQ. Individuals with current contractual work as nurses, porters or relevant healthcare roles, who are interested in gaining management experience on the side, are encouraged to apply for this opportunity. Responsibilities: On-Site Training: Lead hands-on training sessions for hospital staff (nurses, porters, techs) on the safe and effective use of Able Innovations equipment. Go-Live Support: Provide "at-the-elbow" support during shift changes and peak hours to ensure staff feel confident using the new technology in real-time. Clinical Advocacy: Bridge the gap between engineering and nursing. Translate technical features into clinical benefits (e.g., "Here is how this device helps you turn a patient with zero back strain"). Adoption Monitoring: Observe usage on the floor, identify barriers to adoption, and gently encourage hesitant staff to try the new workflow. Feedback Loop: Report site-specific feedback, bugs, or wins back to the Able Innovations headquarters to help us improve our product. You will be successful if you are: Passionate about healthcare technology and innovation. Love working with people and can make complex things feel approachable. Experienced in clinical education, implementation, or client support in healthcare settings. A clear communicator-comfortable leading both group demos and 1-on-1 support. Resourceful, organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Open to frequent travel across North America. Qualifications: Experience as a Registered Nurse (RN), RPN/LPN, Nursing Aide, Porter, OT, PT, PSW or any healthcare clinician role. Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (Med/Surg, ICU, or ER) preferred. Experience as a preceptor, charge nurse, or clinical educator is a huge plus. You must be comfortable speaking to groups and teaching peers. Must be conversationally fluent in French. Ability to be comfortable with learning new hardware/software and troubleshooting basic issues. Personality that is approachable, empathetic and persuasive. Valid G or G2 driver's license and eligibility for cross-border travel (US).
