Application/Solution Architect with AI Tax Plan, Audit Modernization & Financial Systems Architecture

Requirement Summary: • The AI tax planner and audit modernization projects, require application architects rather than data architects, despite some interview focus on data governance and Medallion architecture. • A background in the financial domain is required, a combination with health tech and Fintech experience would also work due to similar compliance security and data requirements in these industries. • Cloud experience is mandatory, with a strong preference for Azure, though AWS and GCP are acceptable. • Candidates must understand messaging concepts like Kafka and know when to apply them, but deep expertise is not required. • Experience with .NET is considered a strong plus, it will be useful for POCs and Problem Solving. But not absolutely mandatory. • The role requires a hands-on approach focused on practical problem-solving. • Architects must be capable of building Proofs of Concept (POCs) and providing sample code as needed. • Daily software development is not expected, as dedicated development teams handle the actual implementation. The architect will design application structures for AI tax planning and audit modernization projects. They are responsible for building Proofs of Concept and providing sample code to guide development teams.

Candidates must have a background in financial systems, cloud experience (preferably Azure), and a strong grasp of architectural patterns. Proficiency in .NET and messaging concepts like Kafka is highly valued.
