Role Description The Dynamic 365 Developer contract role is a remote position focused on designing, developing, and maintaining solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 modules, implementing integrations with NAV and other business applications, and translating business process requirements into technical solutions. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user needs, optimize workflows, and ensure that implemented solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals. The role also involves troubleshooting, performance tuning, documentation, and participation in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. Qualifications Strong Software Development and Programming skills, including experience with Dynamics 365 customization and extension. Hands-on experience with NAV and related Microsoft business applications, including integration with Dynamics 365. Ability to analyze and model Business Process requirements and translate them into effective technical designs. Experience with Integration patterns, APIs, and data migration between enterprise systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure services is beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote, contract setting. Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional and global teams. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Previous experience as a Dynamics 365 or NAV developer in enterprise environments is an advantage.
