Responsibilities Lead SAP IS-U and S/4HANA Utilities work management activities across the project lifecycle. Configure and support work management processes supporting utility field operations. Design and facilitate integration between SAP Device Management and work management functions. Support end-to-end field service and work order lifecycle processes from creation through completion. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and document functional requirements. Analyze existing operational processes and recommend SAP-based improvements aligned with business objectives. Support testing activities, including system integration testing and user acceptance testing. Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful configuration, integration, and deployment of SAP utility solutions. Provide functional guidance and knowledge transfer to project stakeholders and support teams.
