Using CRM as primary tools for recording and planning customer interactions · Account Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with existing clients, upselling or cross-selling additional products or services. Generate and fulfil account plans as a roadmap to success with quantifiable road marks · Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs, challenges, and goals, and provide solutions that align with our product offerings. · Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value and positioning to customers and how these are differentiated within the market. · Customer Success: Actively manage customer accounts, ensuring they receive appropriate support and assistance throughout their journey. Recycle old opportunities to increase top of sales funnel. · Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products and services and enhance the customer experience. · Sales Reporting: Maintain and update sales and customer success records, including key performance indicators and customer interactions. · Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations · Follow all procedures in compliance of Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and operation regulations. · Any other operation-related responsibilities may be added as company continues to grow. Qualifications and Requirements: · Strong communication skills (written and verbal) · Proactive communication approach · Previous experience with B2B sales, or engineering · Experience with CRM systems · Experience with scheduling, multi-tasking, or working with deadlines to prioritize tasks · Fluency with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office · Ability to work autonomously · High Attention to detail · Ability to both work effectively in a team and independently · Experience with or a keen interest in electrical systems and or energy Soft skills: · High EQ o Can read between lines understand what is not said · Smart/clever o Can follow logic · Resourceful · Needs to have appetite to learn / hungry to learn Hard Skills: · Previous experience with Electrical Systems such as PLC, Controller, Transformers, SCADA, or HVAC (preferred) · Previous experience in a manufacturing environment · Knowledge or interest in Industrial automation, Energy Savings, Battery Storage, IoT, Solar, HVAC, Data Centers · Fast Learner · Able to make quick and deep connections · Ability to identify decision makers and key contacts · Ability to quickly connect with people and make relationships · Ability to think conceptually · Detail orientated and strong multi-tasking skills · Strong Listener
