We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional development and growth within our rapidly expanding organization. * Bi-weekly payment through direct deposit * Free tasty Coffee& beverages * Paid statutory holidays+ vacation benefit +insurance benefit * Enhance training opportunities in job-related field Duties and Responsibilities: Managed Services & Client Support * Provide expert managed services andconsulting aroundenergy data management and sustainability strategies usingAcuCloud. * Monitor client energy consumption patterns,identifyopportunities for savings, and recommend efficiency improvements. * Support clients with Submeter Billing and Tariff Implementation: * Manage end-to-end submeter billing processes, including data validation, invoice generation, and reconciliation. * Implement and configure complex utility tariffs (time-of-use, demand charges, tiered rates) within theAcuCloudplatform. * Advise clients on billing best practices, rate structure optimization, and cost allocation strategies. * Troubleshoot billing discrepancies andprovideclear, actionable resolutions. * Facilitate measurement and verification (M&V) of energy efficiency projects consistent with IPMVP guidelines. * Prepare and deliver detailed energy reports, dashboards, and presentations to clients and stakeholders. * Assistclients in meeting regulatory compliance and sustainability goals byleveragingsystem analytics and tariff assessments. * Provide proactive support and maintenance notifications focusing on performance monitoring and anomaly detection. Sales & Business Development * Identifyand pursue new managed services opportunities within existing client accounts and new prospects. * Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our managed services client base and increase revenue. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients,showcasingthe value ofAcuCloudmanaged services. * Maintain CRM and all internal documentation for lead generation and tracking * Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, quotes, and contracts for managed services engagements. * Build andmaintainstrong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries. * Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and promoteAccuenergy'sservices. * Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for managed services. * Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations * Follow all procedures in compliance of Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and operation regulations. * Any other operation-related responsibilities may be added ascompanycontinues to grow. Qualifications and Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. * Proven experience (3+ years) in energy management, sustainability consulting, or related technical services role. * Minimum2+ years of sales experience, preferably in energy services, SaaS, or technology solutions. * Direct experience with submeter billing operations and utility tariff structures isrequired. * Familiarity with energy data management software, building automation systems, and submetering solutions. * Strong understanding of energy efficiency, demand management, and regulatory compliance frameworks. * Demonstrated ability toidentifysales opportunities and close deals in a consultative selling environment. * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex energy data and generate actionable insights. * Outstanding communication and presentation skills, able to engage both technical and executive audiences. * Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
