Splunk Architect Location: Toronto, ON Work Model: Hybrid Fulltime FTE - Permanent Required Experience 10+ years of IT experience with expertise in Enterprise Observability and Monitoring. Strong hands-on experience with Splunk Enterprise/Cloud and Dynatrace implementations. Key Skills Splunk Enterprise, Splunk Cloud, Splunk ITSI, Splunk Enterprise Security (ES) SPL Development, Dashboarding and Analytics Dynatrace (SaaS/Managed), OneAgent Deployment Application Performance Monitoring (APM) Infrastructure and Cloud Monitoring Real User Monitoring (RUM) and Synthetic Monitoring Davis AI, Service Flow and Dependency Mapping AIOps Implementation and Monitoring Automation ITSM Integrations (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) Enterprise Monitoring and Observability Responsibilities Design, implement, and support Splunk and Dynatrace monitoring solutions. Configure data onboarding, dashboards, alerts, KPIs, and monitoring workflows. Deploy and manage Splunk components and Dynatrace OneAgent across enterprise environments. Build observability solutions for applications, infrastructure, cloud, and network platforms. Implement AIOps use cases, root-cause analysis, and monitoring automation. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver enterprise monitoring solutions. Preferred Experience in Banking, Financial Services (BFSI), Enterprise Infrastructure, or Application Operations. Experience integrating monitoring platforms with enterprise ITSM tools. Strong troubleshooting and automation skills.

Design, implement, and support enterprise monitoring solutions using Splunk and Dynatrace. Configure data onboarding, dashboards, and AIOps use cases to improve root-cause analysis and observability.

Requires over 10 years of IT experience with deep expertise in Enterprise Observability and hands-on implementation of Splunk and Dynatrace. Experience in the BFSI sector and integration with ITSM tools like ServiceNow is preferred.
