Acosta Canada / Mosaic is currently seeking Merchandisers for the Montreal area (hybrid). In this role, you will play an essential part in planogram resets, in-store inventory management, stock rotation and replenishment, fixture assembly, and the cleaning and maintenance of displays, among other merchandising duties. Position: 0-40 hours per week. What we offer: * Available: Schedule Monday to Friday (6:30am-16pm) may vary + travel * A stable and guaranteed hourly wage * 2 weeks of vacation per year (unpaid) Holiday break * No working evenings and weekends * Compensation for your km according to company policy and paid travel time RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure accurate placement of products on shelves. * Ensure the execution of planograms at our client's site. A grocery retailer.Regularly update prices based on inventory and market conditions to meet customer needs. * Set up and install promotional materials. * Ensure shelves remain organized and tidy. * Implement planogram changes to optimize product placement. * Prevent stock-outs by monitoring inventory levels. * Foster and maintain positive relationships with store employees and managers. * Create detailed reports and document in-store actions. * Ability to work in a team environment. * Any other related tasks QUALIFICATIONS * Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. * Merchandising experience (desirable) * Physical Capability must be able to lift 30 lbs. * Availability to travel for special projects (possible overnights) * Attention to detail, understanding, and executing planograms accurately. * Takes a sense of pride in the quality of service provided * Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to deadlines * Energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic.
