The role involves performing general labor tasks such as cleaning up piling blocks within a cedar shake and shingle mill. There are opportunities to advance and grow into specific departments based on performance and attitude.

Candidates must have a good attitude, be ambitious, and be seeking long-term employment. First Aid and Forklift certifications are considered assets but are not required.
