Vos Principales Responsabilités : Accueillir les clients avec courtoisie et professionnalisme; Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et les diriger vers les bons départements; Répondre aux demandes générales des clients et les orienter au besoin; Assurer une présence à la réception en fin de journée; Effectuer certaines tâches administratives simples; Maintenir un environnement d’accueil propre, organisé et agréable.
