Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Verdun, QC. The Physiotherapist is responsible for assessing patients’ physical condition, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Day-to-day tasks include conducting initial and follow-up assessments, administering manual therapy and exercise programs, educating patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation, and documenting clinical findings in line with professional and regulatory standards. The role also involves collaborating with other health and wellness professionals, monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment. The Physiotherapist is expected to provide respectful, inclusive care to a diverse patient population and support the organization’s commitment to high-quality, patient-centered services. Qualifications In good standing with the OPPQ Pelvic floor experience an asset Demonstrated experience in patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of therapeutic interventions (e.g., manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, pain management, functional rehabilitation). Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions, and familiarity with evidence-based rehabilitation protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain treatment plans clearly, motivate patients, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Solid clinical documentation and organizational skills, including accurate charting, time management, and adherence to professional and regulatory guidelines. Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory care, with sensitivity to diverse cultural, linguistic, and accessibility needs. Proficiency with basic clinic technology and practice management systems; willingness to learn new tools as needed.
