BakosNDT is currently recruiting for an Equipment Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position supporting our operations in Edmonton, AB. Responsibilities Implement and maintain equipment management processes, policies, and procedures across the organization. Manage asset tracking systems to ensure accurate equipment records, maximize utilization, and coordinate equipment transfers as required. Monitor equipment condition, maintenance, and repair frequency to support cost reduction and equipment reliability. Support peak-season operations with equipment ordering, tool crib organization, inventory management, and personnel coverage as required. Coordinate and complete rope access equipment inspections and gear pulls at run-and-maintain sites. Manage small tools, PPE, and consumables, including inventory tracking, purchasing, storage, and distribution. Monitor shutdown equipment lists and purchases to ensure appropriate quantities and part numbers are ordered. Implement and maintain barcode scanning and vendor-managed vending solutions where applicable. Ensure equipment, tools, PPE, and consumables are properly stored and secured. Train new and existing personnel on equipment management processes, asset management software, equipment calibration and inspections, and applicable Safety and Quality policies. Manage NDT consignment inventory and associated billing. Requirements Secondary school diploma with a minimum of 5 years of industry-related experience, preferably focused on equipment, inventory, or warehouse management. Strong understanding of equipment management, tool crib operations, fleet maintenance, shipping, procurement, and inventory control. Knowledge of equipment and tools used to support industrial services, testing, and inspection activities. Experience using asset management, inventory tracking, or equipment management software. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when tracking equipment, inventory, maintenance, and purchasing requirements. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with operations, field personnel, and management. Ability to identify opportunities to improve equipment utilization, inventory control, and operational efficiency. Resides locally to Edmonton, AB.
