Property Partnerships & Advertising Networks Lead We have partnered with a client and are seeking a skilled and relationship-driven professional to oversee the daily management of commercial property and other advertising networks. This role is responsible for the operational and contractual stewardship of static and digital media assets across a national portfolio of office towers, shopping arenas and other high-traffic environments. As the central point of contact for property owners, landlords, and partners, this individual will ensure a seamless and efficient operation—balancing strategic partnership management with strong internal coordination. Working closely with external stakeholders, the successful candidate will support revenue growth, maintain high standards of asset quality, and help drive the overall success of the advertising programs under their portfolio. Key Responsibilities Partnership Management & Agreement Oversight Lead the negotiation, renewal, and administration of agreements with commercial property partners across the assigned network. Maintain strong day-to-day relationships, ensuring expectations are met and issues are resolved promptly. Collaborate with sales teams to support revenue opportunities—providing guidance, clearing operational hurdles, and securing necessary approvals. Monitor and report on property-level performance, ensuring contractual obligations are met and financial outcomes are optimized. Asset & Network Operations Oversee the performance and presentation of all static and digital advertising assets. Partner with technology, operations, and maintenance teams to identify enhancements and ensure timely resolution of any content, equipment, or installation concerns. Champion improvements that elevate asset quality, maximize uptime, and enhance the customer and partner experience. Internal Collaboration & Program Support Serve as the internal lead for your portfolio, coordinating closely with content, charting, marketing, operations, inventory, and finance teams. Work with the network coordinator to ensure accurate inventory tracking and proper revenue administration. Participate in site tours, audits, and partner meetings as needed. Assist with creative and installation approvals, maintaining alignment with property and concession guidelines. Qualifications Minimum five years’ experience in partnerships, real estate management, business operations, or a related field (experience in out-of-home media or commercial real estate is an advantage). Proven experience negotiating, managing, and administering commercial agreements, experience with licensing or property agreements is an asset. A background supporting revenue-driven programs and working with sales teams in a partnership-focused environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across diverse stakeholder groups. Strong organizational abilities and exceptional attention to detail, with comfort managing multiple locations and priorities simultaneously. Demonstrated success working collaboratively within cross-functional teams. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with strong judgment and professionalism. Proficiency in common office and collaboration software. Ability to travel for meetings and industry events when required. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Residency in the Greater Toronto Area and ability to complete regular on-site visits in the area; note the main office site is Mississauga, ON and client sites are in Toronto proper. Our client offers a competitive compensation package of $80 – 95K (commensurate with experience) including annual bonus, employer paid benefits and various other perks.
