40-hour compressed workweek Day Shift (Monday to Friday): * Regular 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday), or a compressed 4-day schedule of 10-hour shifts (Monday to Thursday). * Multiple schedule options are available, offering flexibility in start times (between 5:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.) and corresponding end times. Evening Shift (Monday to Thursday): * Monday to Thursday, from 3:15 p.m. to 1:45 a.m. Hourly wage ranging from $25.88/hour to $36.43/hour and Evening shift premium: $1.75/hour Contributing to this role means: * Note and report defects in materials, tools, and equipment to your supervisor and protect them from damage; Keep your work area clean; Follow safety rules; Follow the company’s quality procedures, work instructions, and manufacturing standards. Operating an overhead crane safely; Grouping steel to be shipped or received safely; Loading, securing, balancing, and tying down loads in the truck safely; Calculating the weight of shipped or received loads; Ensure that materials are shipped or received in accordance with the shipping or receiving slip; Keep inventory up to date; May be required to operate machinery (yard truck and forklift); Any other related tasks. Required professional profile: 1 year of experience in a related position Spoken and written languages: French and English (a plus); Technical knowledge: overhead cranes and the steel industry; Ability to work as part of a team; Adaptability, independence, manual dexterity, initiative, and dynamism; Strong organizational, analytical, and sense of responsibility. The controller is responsible for preparing, painting, and coating steel parts according to project specifications and quality standards. They must also monitor environmental parameters, perform inspections, and maintain accurate documentation of the coating process.

Candidates should have technical knowledge of the steel industry and experience with overhead cranes. Strong organizational skills, manual dexterity, and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential for this role.
