We face challenges together, we learn together, and we win together. \n What You'll Be Doing As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting for both our corporate and project entities. Working hands-on with our Controller and a dynamic finance team, you will: Manage month- and year-end close processes to meet tight deadlines Prepare complex reconciliations; investigate and resolve variances Maintain general ledger integrity, including journal entries and supporting documentation Prepare complete and accurate monthly/annual financial statements (GAAP) Support internal and external audits, preparing robust schedules and documentation Assist with tax filings and compliance under the direction of finance leadership Support budgeting and forecasting through data gathering, review, and variance analysis Partner with project teams for accurate cost tracking and reporting Identify and recommend improvements related to accounting controls and processes Contribute to systems/process streamlining, automation, and best practices Drive ongoing enhancements in finance operations and cross-functional collaboration What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA designation (or in progress) preferred 6-7 years’ progressive accounting experience; real estate/construction experience a strong asset Strong working knowledge of GAAP Proven experience maintaining financial records and preparing reports Solid understanding of internal controls, tax, and compliance Skilled in variance analysis and communicating financial results Proficient in accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, TimberScan, ERP systems) Advanced Excel essential; Power BI or other reporting tools a plus Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities Collaborative and proactive team player, with exceptional communication skills Change-ready with a passion for process improvement and innovation Why You'll Love Working Here Learning & Development Reimbursement: Adi encourages team members to never stop learning and continuously improve.
