Position Summary The Painter / Shop Helper is responsible for preparing and finishing metal products for painting while supporting general shop activities and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare products for painting (masking, cleaning, surface prep) Perform grinding and deburring as required Safely lift and move materials and components Identify and report safety hazards Follow all safety procedures when operating tools and equipment Maintain a clean and organized workspace Qualifications Minimum 2 years of industrial painting experience Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Ability to follow instructions Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Ability to lift and move materials Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive tasks What We Offer Competitive hourly wage: $25.00 - $35.00, based on experience and skill level.
