The Role: The Inventory Associate will support material flow between the production floor and office teams. This role will assist with receiving, stocking, picking, and staging materials to ensure Production has what it needs on time. This is an entry-level position and ideal for someone looking to begin their career in warehousing, inventory, or supply chain. Key Responsibilities * Pick, issue, and stage materials for production. * Anticipate upcoming material needs and maintain stocked parts. * Restock bins and report shortages or discrepancies. * Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials. * Load and unload deliveries and distribute materials to correct locations. * Verify packing slips and shipping documents against purchase orders. * Enter received materials into the ERP system. * Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory levels. * Pick and ship outgoing parts and materials. * Cross-training within the Crating department for support where needed * Support general warehouse operations. What You Bring * High school diploma or GED equivalent required. * Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. * Excellent organization and communication skills. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active work. * Team‑focused attitude and willingness to assist where needed. * Experience in a warehouse environment is an asset * Forklift certification is an asset Thank you for considering a career with AdvanTec Marine. The Inventory Associate manages the flow of materials between the production floor and office, including receiving, stocking, and staging parts. They are also responsible for documenting incoming materials in the ERP system and participating in inventory counts.
Exigences
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Warehouse experience and forklift certification are considered assets.
