Job Description Provide dedicated management‑level support to the Real Estate team during a major airport expansion and construction program Act as an extension of the leasing and development function, ensuring commercial objectives remain aligned with project delivery while reducing strain on core team resources. Serve as the single intake and coordination point for space‑related requests arising from the capital program. Balance program requirements, operational requirements, and commercial value for current / future development optionality during construction and phasing activities. Improve coordination, execution, and reporting across multiple concurrent initiatives. Support leasing and development activities impacted by the program, including tenant relocations, temporary accommodations, and phasing strategies. Triage and prioritize requests based on commercial impact, operational risk, deliverability within construction sequencing. Act as a key day‑to‑day liaison between the capital project team and Real Estate, identifying and de-risking tenant disruptions and schedule impacts. Protect commercial value and future development optionality during construction and phasing activities. Act as the construction interface with tenants, including coordinating and attending project site visits in tenant spaces. Prepare regular updates on project milestones, key tenant agreement dates (e.g. termination notices), key risks and mitigation strategies Qualifications In order to be considered for this position, candidates must possess, at a very minimum: BA/BS + 6 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered. Preferred Qualifications: Experience of commercial real estate management (ideally with aviation or major infrastructure program experience). Ideally landlord-side experience including tenant engagement, leasing/development commercial activities, project management. Strong skills in stakeholder management. Additional Information This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week. This is a newly created role.
