We're one global team driven by our common purpose to deliver a better world. Join us. Job Description AECOM Mississauga is hiring a Digital Change Lead to support a major infrastructure program. The Digital Change Lead will support the successful implementation of new digital solutions by leading the people, process and behavioural changes required for adoption. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead the people, process and behavioural changes necessary to successfully implement new digital solutions. Develop change management plans for new digital initiatives. Identify current-state pain points and define future-state target outcomes. Develop documentation, plans and engagement strategies to further embed digital solutions into the program’s ways of working. Collaborate with project team members to implement change management plans and support successful adoption. Develop and deliver targeted change communications addressing the why, what, how and when of digital initiatives, tailored to different project roles and audiences. Define success metrics to track change progress and value realization. Identify friction points and recommend adjustments as required to support successful adoption and value realization. Capture value stories and lessons learned following implementation. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for technology or related 8+ years of experience in similar roles, including experience working with stakeholders up to the VP level and leading workshops. Preferred Qualifications Ideally 10+ years of experience in digital change management or related roles. Experience delivering change management for digital or transformation initiatives within construction, infrastructure or other complex project environments. Experience with digital tools such as BIM/CDE platforms, project controls systems, data dashboards and/or site monitoring technologies. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and possess over 8 years of experience in similar roles, including stakeholder management at the VP level. Preferred qualifications include 10+ years of experience in digital change management within complex infrastructure environments and relevant certifications like PROSCI.
