Senior QA Analyst / Test Lead

We’re Hiring: Senior QA Analyst / Test Lead – Edmonton Aeolus Staffing Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior QA Analyst/Test Lead for a long-term enterprise systems implementation. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle across system configuration, user-facing workflows, system integrations and complex data migration. What we’re looking for: • 5+ years of experience in a Test Lead or Senior QA Analyst role • Strong experience developing test strategies, test plans and testing documentation • Experience leading system testing, integration testing and UAT • Experience testing complex data migrations and data conversions • Strong knowledge of batch processing, flat-file and SFTP integrations • Ability to lead Business Analysts, Functional Analysts, technical resources and business SMEs • PeopleSoft experience is strongly preferred • Blackbaud Award Management or higher-education systems experience is a major asset • Experience with student disbursements, fund accounting or student financial systems would also be valuable Location: Edmonton, Alberta Work arrangement: Hybrid—normally onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Contract term: September 2026 to June 2027 Rate: $42–$45/hour incorporated, based on experience Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada without sponsorship and able to complete the required security and background checks.

Requires over 5 years of experience as a Test Lead or Senior QA Analyst with expertise in test strategies and data conversions. Experience with PeopleSoft or higher-education financial systems is strongly preferred.
