About the Position We are seeking an experienced aviation professional to introduce ASCENT to Canadian operators and help them improve their training and compliance management. This position is well suited to a former Chief Pilot, Operations Manager, Training Manager, Safety Manager, or other aviation leader interested in business development. Sales experience is an asset but not required. Compensation $80,000–$98,000 base salary, depending on aviation and sales experience, plus commission and performance incentives.
