Senior Dynamics F&O Developer

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer to support enterprise-scale implementations and integrations across the Microsoft ecosystem. This role will play a key part in designing, building, and optimizing solutions spanning D365 F&O, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure data services. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in X++ development, along with strong hands-on experience across integration patterns, real-time data synchronization, and modern data architecture. Key Responsibilities D365 F&O Development Design, develop, and customize solutions within Dynamics AX / D365 Finance & Operations using X++ Build and maintain data entities, integrations, and custom extensions Participate in enterprise-scale D365 F&O implementations, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions Support troubleshooting, optimization, and ongoing enhancements Integration & Dual Write Implement and manage Dual Write integrations between D365 F&O and Dynamics 365 (Dataverse / CRM) Configure and maintain: Table mappings and transformation logic Bidirectional data synchronization Diagnose and resolve sync failures, latency issues, and performance bottlenecks Power Platform Enablement Enable integration of F&O data into Dataverse and Power Apps Support Model-driven and Canvas applications Contribute to or support Power Automate workflows for business processes Data Integration & Pipelines Design and implement data pipelines and data flows using: Power Platform Dataflows Azure Data Factory (ADF) Define and implement data transformation, validation, and governance strategies Analytics & Data Architecture Support Azure Synapse Link for Dataverse to enable near real-time reporting Contribute to modern data architecture, including: Data lake integration Reporting frameworks (Power BI) Ensure high-quality data availability for analytics and business intelligence use cases Required Qualifications 6+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics AX / D365 F&O (X++) Strong experience with: Data entities, OData, and customizations Enterprise D365 F&O implementations Proven expertise with: Dual Write (F&O ↔ Dataverse) Real-time integration patterns Solid understanding of: Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate) Data pipelines and ETL concepts Ideal Candidate Profile This role requires someone who can operate across the full Microsoft data and application stack, including: Real-time integration: Dual Write Application layer: Dataverse + Power Apps Data pipelines: Dataflows / Azure Data Factory Analytics enablement: Azure Synapse Link You are a strong problem solver who thrives in complex enterprise environments and can bridge development, integration, and data architecture.
