The Opportunity: The LPN works as a professional member of the care team, collaborating on the delivery of resident care to meet individual needs and within his/her level of competency. He/She integrates and applies the knowledge, skills, judgment, and interpersonal attributes required to provide safe and ethical professional services to residents. The LPN is responsible and accountable to the public for his/her own practice, which is regulated and monitored. The Licensed Practical Nurse provides professional resident care within an interdisciplinary team to meet individual needs. They are responsible for applying clinical knowledge and judgment to ensure safe, ethical, and resident-centered services.

Candidates must hold a Practical Nurse Diploma and maintain active registration with the CLPNA. A minimum of three years of experience in seniors health and current CPR certification are required.
