This position involves working closely with business leaders, process owners, and transformation teams to identify, analyze, and redesign workflows that deliver high value to the organization. The primary focus is on understanding current state processes, uncovering pain points, and defining future state opportunities that leverage artificial intelligence, automation, Copilot, and workflow transformation initiatives. The Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions are aligned with measurable business outcomes and enterprise priorities. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, process expertise, and strong stakeholder engagement to drive successful transformation projects that improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. Qualifications Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. A minimum of five years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, consulting, or transformation is required. Proven experience facilitating workshops, gathering comprehensive business requirements, and conducting process mapping is essential. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret workflow performance metrics, identify inefficiencies, and recommend effective solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are necessary to engage with senior business stakeholders and leadership teams effectively. The ability to translate complex business challenges into structured requirements and actionable plans is critical for success in this role. Familiarity with process improvement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement is advantageous, along with experience working with tools like Visio, Miro, Power Platform, Jira, or Azure DevOps. Responsibilities Workflow Discovery & Analysis: Facilitate discovery sessions and process mapping workshops with business stakeholders. Document current workflows, pain points, decision points, handoffs, and dependencies. Analyze workflow performance metrics, including volumes, cycle times, and error rates, to assess business impact and identify improvement opportunities. Future State Design: Partner with business leaders to redesign workflows utilizing AI, Copilot, automation, and process improvements. Define future state operating models and streamline business processes by eliminating waste and reducing manual effort. Facilitate prioritization discussions using established scoring frameworks to align initiatives with strategic goals. Requirements & User Stories: Translate business needs into detailed requirements and user stories, defining clear acceptance criteria and expected business outcomes. Collaborate with product owners and solution teams to ensure comprehensive understanding and documentation throughout the transformation lifecycle. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams. Drive alignment between business objectives and technological solutions. Present findings, recommendations, and business cases to leadership, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the transformation journey. Measurement & Value Realization: Establish baseline KPIs and success metrics. Support development of business cases and ROI estimates. Track transformation outcomes and business impact, partnering with analytics teams to measure results and user adoption.
