We’re hiring an experienced AI Adoption Analyst for a 6-month contract supporting a major Microsoft 365 / AI transformation and Tenant Consolidation Program. 📍 Location: Calgary, Alberta 🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – 2–4 days/week in office (sell as 4 days) ⏳ Contract: 6 Months 💰 Pay Rate: $75–$85/hr 🔑 Top 3 Must-Have Skills 1️⃣ Microsoft Copilot / M365 Adoption & User Support Hands-on Microsoft Copilot experience Copilot Studio / AI Agents Microsoft 365 administration or user support Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint AI adoption and digital workplace enablement 2️⃣ Change Management & End-User Enablement Change Management experience Technology transformation and adoption programs User training, communications and workshops Stakeholder engagement Driving organizational change and technology adoption 3️⃣ Tenant Migration / SharePoint Migration Microsoft Tenant Migration / Tenant Consolidation SharePoint Online Migration M365 Migration User provisioning, licensing and access management Migration readiness and cutover support
