Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist with 2–4 years of experience to join a fast-paced procurement environment. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP Ariba experience, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to drive Procure-to-Pay transformation, change management, procurement request management, and tactical sourcing initiatives. 📍 Dorval, QC — Onsite 4 days/week 💰 Up to $65/hour 📅 6-Month Contract (Possibly Extended) Number of positions: 2 Must-Haves: 2–4 years of experience in a similar procurement role Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration Strong experience with SAP Ariba — heavily preferred and prioritized Bilingual in English and French Experience with change management and a strong customer-focused mindset Experience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills Key Responsibilities: Manage and triage procurement requests across materials, equipment, and services Monitor aging exceptions, receipts, invoices, and overdue POs Develop procurement operational reports and communicate insights to stakeholders Support SAP Ariba adoption and act as a change agent for internal customers Drive Procure-to-Pay transformation and the transition from non-PO invoices to approved buying channels Guide internal stakeholders and suppliers through new procurement processes Develop guidance materials and deliver training Execute tactical sourcing initiatives, including supplier research, bid solicitation, proposal evaluation, and requisition processing Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and SLAs

Manage and triage procurement requests while driving Procure-to-Pay transformation and SAP Ariba adoption. Execute tactical sourcing initiatives and ensure compliance with procurement policies and SLAs.

Requires 2-4 years of procurement experience and a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Administration. Proficiency in SAP Ariba and bilingualism in English and French are heavily prioritized.
