Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Bilingual Talent Specialist in the Health Sector in a hybrid work environment in Mississauga, Ontario. Total rewards: 60K - 70K annually Hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote) Annual bonus opportunity based on company and individual performance Comprehensive benefits available from Day 1 Exposure across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning & Development Professional development support, including CHRP membership reimbursement Direct mentorship from experienced HR leaders and strong internal growth opportunities A typical day: Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Partner with managers on hiring strategies, selection criteria, and recruitment best practices Support employee development initiatives, training programs, and learning activities Assist with performance management processes, goal setting, and talent reviews Facilitate onboarding sessions, compliance training, and employee presentations Analyze recruitment and training metrics and present findings to leadership Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and succession planning programs Build strong relationships across the organization while ensuring HR timelines and mandatory training requirements are met Successful candidates will have: Full fluency in English and French (spoken and written) Diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent management Genuine interest in employee development, engagement, and retention Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage an audience Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite Experience working with ATS, HRIS, Workday, or similar systems Strong organizational skills, accountability, and ability to manage competing priorities This posting is for an active opening.
