Your Next Challenge Reporting to the Exploration Supervisor, you will be part of the Exploration team. Uou will be actively involved in supporting exploration programs in the field and the core shack through core logging, field mapping, GIS compilation and drilling support. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment. Lead field programs, surveys, and technical initiatives within defined project scopes. Perform core logging, sampling, and data entry activities in accordance with established procedures. Interpret geological, geochemical, geophysical, and drilling results to support exploration decisions and target development. Validate geological data and contribute to the quality and integrity of exploration databases. Monitor day-to-day drilling, sampling, and contractor activities as required. Contribute to geological interpretations, targeting exercises, and exploration evaluations. Prepare technical reports, maps, presentations, and project summaries. Support project planning, budgeting, and safety initiatives. Act as a knowledgeable resource for junior personnel and field crews. Promote and support Agnico Eagle’s health, safety, environmental, and cultural standards across all activities. What You Need To Succeed Bachelor’s Degree in Geology or Geological Engineering; Postgraduate degree is considered an asset; Registered as a P.Geo. or GIT in Canada or working on a clear path to registration; Experience in mineral exploration, with exposure to multiple stages of exploration programs; Strong core logging, mapping, and geological interpretation skills; Experience integrating datasets and contributing to geological models and targeting decisions; Working knowledge of 3D modeling software (e.g., Leapfrog), GIS platforms, and standard geological software tools; Ability to work independently with limited supervision, managing priorities and delivering high-quality work; Commitment to maintaining high standards in health, safety, and environment. Hold a Valid Driver’s License. Your Work Schedule Schedule: 8 days of work, followed by 6 days for transportation and rest; Work Location: Dobie, near Kirkland Lake, Ontario
